convenient location nice staff spacious room worn towels dirty stains strange smell
the location was very convenient to termini bus station for airport transport a short walk made travel easy the staff was nice and the room was clean i found the cleanliness very satisfactory. i booked a quadruple room and it was surprisingly spacious this provided ample room for everyone the room was well-kept. the air conditioning worked very well during the hot weather i was very comfortable the room remained cool throughout the day and night.
the towels seemed a bit worn out perhaps newer towels would improve the experience a better shower head would have been nice to have i mostly got a jet-like stream of water.

A Good Stay Near Termini Station
convenient location renovated room friendly staff
The location near Termini Station was very convenient. My room was freshly renovated, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions.
The towels felt a bit worn and a better shower head would improve the bathroom experience. The water stream was more of a jet. It would have been better with a standard shower head.

fantastic stay near termini!
amazing value clean room convenient location free water
I was so impressed with the value! the room was cleaned every day. I also got free water at reception which was a total lifesaver. the location worked so well! it's just a few steps from termini. I found a grocery shop just down the street and lots of cafes nearby.
to reach our room we had to go from one building to another! it wasn't a long walk, but it was a little inconvenient with all our luggage.

cooperative staff enough space keyless checking old building no sign thin walls
The staff were very cooperative, which I liked. I had enough space in the Quadruple Room for our family. The online and keyless checking process was amazing.
The building seemed old when I arrived. It was hard to find the hotel, and I saw no sign. I noticed the sound passed through the walls easily.
